Senior Human Resource Assistant - Night Shift

Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) Human Resources is seeking a Sr.
HR Assistant to help support the growing Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Delivery Station network.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Sr HRA will work autonomously to solve complex problems focused on improving US employee experiences.
This role will identify opportunities for standard work and innovation by owning HR administration project and programs from start to finish.
This role will require you to establish foundational knowledge of operational processes and associate experiences within our delivery stations.
You will work collaboratively cross-teams to ensure barriers are removed and provide critical support to field teams, interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
This Sr HRA will report to a HR Manager to assist with a myriad of duties across the network, partnering with HR Business Partners to accomplish HR goals.
These duties include:
Create and execute content to our operations customers Attendance policy administration Site launch activities and preparation Interact with associates virtually to address their needs Conduct deep dives into key people metrics such as Attendance and Attrition Provide analytic-driven recommendations Coordinate inputs to regular Talent meetings and report on development metrics such as promotion tracking Streamline HR admin process for centralization Create internal communications (e.
g.
newsletters, slides) Optimize employee engagement, including owning AMXL Grande leadership recognition program Engage directly with HR and Operations leaders to understand business needs for supporting a flexible workforce.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
