Job Description:
Experienced Windows 10 Deployment Engineer, knowledgeable with OS deployments through SCCM.
Must understand SCCM functions and processes, as well as how to troubleshoot deployment issues.
Must have experience in planning, testing, and deploying Windows 10 (64-bit OS) clients with Office 365 Pro Plus with OneDrive for Business and Defender end-point protection, (including bit-locker encryption for laptops).
Responsible for all required pre-work to ensure client machine is ready for upgrade, including ensuring all backups have been made.
Post deployment, this person will be responsible for some user training and troubleshooting issues.
Must be able to read logs, gather an understanding what went wrong and how to fix computers that did not complete.
Must be able to work locally or remotely.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years in a lead capacity for Windows 10 deployments Demonstrable SCCM skills SCCM report writing Remote management skills experience in Windows 10 desktop troubleshooting Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and self-sufficient Must be able to travel to and work at client site Strong business writing and verbal communication skills High-level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality Demonstrated Initiative and positive can-do attitude Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situations Technologies:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Information Systems related field such as network engineer with experience conducting and supporting Office 365 Exchange migrations Demonstrable experience in the design and implement hybrid migrations to Exchange Online from environments that may contain multiple Active Directory Forest environments and multiple Exchange organizations.
Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of advanced functions of Office 365 including security, governance and compliance (e.

, DLP, Azure Information Rights Management (IRM) for Exchange, MDM, E-Discovery, In-Place Hold, Retention Tags, and Encryption) A minimum of 1-year consulting experience with daily client interaction and proven ability to gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solution alternatives, produce design and migration strategy documents, provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client staff, and test / implement an approved design Broad knowledge of other Microsoft systems infrastructure products such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server Basic scripting and development skills PowerShell script development and execution is required REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS and SKILLS:
