We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager for our retail marketing team to join us in our headquarters in Fremont, CA. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining and executing consumer-focused, data-driven strategies to help us grow our business at Jos. A. Bank. This includes managing the go-to-market execution and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on established business and brand goals and objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include project management, measuring KPIs, managing schedule, writing briefs, defining scope and budget for all customer facing marketing deliverables. The manager will lead a team of Marketing Coordinators and ensure all communications are on brand, within budget, and in market on time. This role will also be responsible to monitor competitor campaigns and marketing activities to help identify ongoing opportunities.
The Brand Manager must have energy and be an enthusiastic and passionate branding "forward thinker" able to influence internal and external partners and lead the go-to-market process to best service the objectives of the brand. You live and breathe the essence of the brand and want to ensure there is cohesion of voice, positioning, look, tone, feel at all points of engagement. You take personal pride and passion to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brand and marketing management, collaboration, project management, strategy, consumer insights, and cross-functional experience. This role must be able to partner and collaborate with Merchants, CRM, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Store Operations, and Agency teams to influence the customer's holistic brand experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Leadership - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together.
Planning and Execution ? Managing day-to-day workflow process and identifying ways to evolve the process across all touchpoints.
Business Management ? Managing annual/seasonal business plans within budget to support the brand. Work with Finance on monthly and quarterly accruals.
Brand Innovation ? Leading the development of new brand initiatives from concept to commercialization
Team Building ? Providing the team with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and personal development plans.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
