Typically manages a single departmentand/or shift
Manages the ongoing ISO compliantand cost-effective manufacturing ofspecific products or sub-products
Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
Plans and administers procedures
Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
Works on problems ofdiverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiablefactors
Manages through subordinate supervisors, thecoordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility forresults in terms of costs, methods and staffing
Whatmakes you a bestseller?
In-depthproduct manufacturing comprehension including rationales
Solidworking knowledge of regulations (ISO, OSHA, employee relations, etc.)
Advancedworking knowledge of manufacturing systems
Solidunderstanding of manufacturing costs and influences
Typicallyrequires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience
Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent
Work hours are 3:
