Corporate Recruiter
Our Recruiter/ a talented, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic who can work in a challenging, fast-paced and energetic environment. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for all vacant fix-term positions within our BTO Manufacturing Group which focuses on the assembly of energy-efficient, rack-level server, storage and networking solutions for a who's-who of cloud based e-commerce providers; roles range from Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales.
Our Recruiter focuses on forming solid working relationships with various hiring managers and HR Business partners in order to identify and fill large volume hourly warehouse and manufacturing operations roles. Keys to your success include an engaging and energetic communication style, flexibility, design innovative solutions designed to source large volumes of candidates and a desire to learn all aspects of BTO Manufacturing.
Some of the Things you will be responsible for:
Manage the recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and managing customer and candidate expectations
Work closely with hiring managers to determine departmental needs and team fit; work closely with the Management team to actively source and vet candidates for vacancies
Create and post recruitment advertisements with local organizations as well as various online mediums
Work in partnership with HireRight to ensure all background checks are being submitted and conducted according to client requirements
Coordinate with the Human Resources Business Partner for the onboarding and new hire orientations of all new associates of the Hyve team
Create and develop relationships with recruiting contacts in the community
Identify key recruiting sources (including offsite recruitment events, career posting sites, career fairs) that align best with BTO's staffing needs; coordinate participation with BTO membership team
Must Haves For The Job:
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a technical or high-tech Recruiter, Sourcer or Senior-level Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced corporate, manufacturing, staffing or contract placement firm
Successful track record in matching/ sourcing candidates and persuasive selling style when interacting with candidates
Proven success at devising innovative means to source high-quality hourly candidates
A strong working knowledge of Taleo or similar ATS is preferred; must have exposure to ATS in a corporate environment
Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical hourly candidates and strong knowledge of the Bay Area staffing market
Ability to actively engage candidates and quickly determine individual motivation, drive and desire to succeed
Highly responsive to incoming communication with the ability and drive to large-volume turnaround requests within a short period of time
Proven experience managing multiple projects occurring simultaneously and an established background working cooperatively in a team environment
Demonstrated cooperative and collaborative decision making skills with a proven sense of urgency for goal achievement
Ability to act as a Business Partner to advise, collaborate and challenge hiring managers
Demonstrated ability to work within federal, state and local guidelines, while maintaining a high level of productivity

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
