Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy - Per Diem 8-hr, Variable
Salary Range:
$47.06-$63.65
Summary of Duties:
Provide professional physical therapy services:
evaluation, planning, treatment, documentation, educating patients and family, confer with other professionals, performing other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors, Masters or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program of Physical Therapy recognized by the State of California required. DCA required.
License(s)/Certification(s):
Holds or is eligible for current California Physical Therapy license required. Current BCLS required.
Experience Requirements:
Successful completion of internship in Physical Disabilities required. 1-2 years in acute care setting is desired.
Special Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of principles/practices of Physical Therapy. Familiar with standard PT modalities and equip. Good working knowledge of acute care (ortho, neuro, wounds).
