This individuals' primary responsibilities are as follows:
Plans and prepares daily and weekly master production schedules making priority decisions to support customer delivery expectations. Worked in environment of a small company
supervise operators
Establishes, monitors and maintains; production time standards, resource capacity and resource utilization.
Generates reports to identify resource bottlenecks, material shortages, status of work in progress.
Maintains inventory list.
Releases work orders to the production floor.
Investigates and troubleshoots issues related to inaccurate production and or material scheduling and takes corrective action to prevent re-occurrences.
Provides and forecasts to management resource capacity and recommends possible solutions to resolve capacity conflicts.
Analyzes data to be presented in a summarized format
Aggressive production schedules
New pilot manufacturing customer
Ensured resources and materials available and maintain production schedule for on time delivery.
Provides feedback to production manager and engineer on process improvements.
Special Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Technical Ability - Strong knowledge of systems engineering, systems utilization and work flow management.
Written Communication Skills - Able to present technical data/information in a clear and concise manner.
Adaptability - Adapts to changes in priorities or the work environment. Has open mind to others ideas and is willing to adapt to changes or try new methods.
Team Player - able to provide and accept guidance, instruction and direction in a positive manner to and from co-workers.
Project Management - Has the skills to plan, organize, manage and secure the necessary resources to bring about the successful completion of specific goals and objectives.
Must be tenacious, thorough and calm in a storm.

Must be willing to pick up the ball if it was dropped and find solutions.
Education Requirements: 4-Year Degree (Bachelors); or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience required: 2 to 4 yearsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
