Life Science Technical Sales Associate
BioGenex is looking for a technical sales associate with one to two years of sales experience in the Life Science or IVD industry to join our Global Inside Sales Team. The successful candidate should be a flexible multi-tasker and quick study that can generate leads and provide customer support. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, creative, technical and commercially-oriented person just starting their career.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is sales/lead generation by making cold calls by phone or email
Work with US Field Sales team to ensure leads are converted to sales.
Understand sales cycle process from end to end.
Consult over the phone with clinicians and researchers to support sales activities
Provide backup customer service and tech support when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree in life sciences. Knowledge of IHC, ISH, FISH and SS a plus.
1-2 years of sales experience required with a strong technical/scientific background preferred
Excellent oral and written communication, strong listening skills
Problem solver
Quick learner with drive to excelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
