JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
DEPARTMENT: COMPONENT AND HARDWARE SALES
Job Description:
A: Purpose and Scope
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling the business's inventoried material. The Sales Representative is also responsible for conforming to the company environmental management system policy and procedures as documented.
B. Responsibilities
The Sales Representative is responsible for the development of sales channels and customers in region, maintaining business relationships, which include pricing and invoicing.
In addition, the Sales Representative is responsible for:
? Soliciting customers for AER Worldwide inventory by contacting target and current customers through telephone, email, personal visits, and any other mode that becomes available. Your manager will set daily contact requirements, which will increase as you become more proficient in your job.
? Ensuring all of your customers are happy with service, reporting and price.
? Retaining current customers and establish secure contacts for new customers for AER Worldwide services, maintaining a success level set by your manager.
C. Organization Relationships
The Sales Representative reports directly to the Vice President - Sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education and Training
The Inside Sales Representative is required to have training in the following areas:
? 4 year degree;
? Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience;
? Knowledge and understanding of sales; with component/integrated circuit background and computer hardware.
? Assessment techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting sales;
B. Technical Requirements
The Sales Representative is required to read and understand technical and non-technical documents as relate to the sales. This includes the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
C. Experience
The Inventory Sales Representative shall have prior experience in managing and executing product sales. In the case of the company, the education and the experience requirement is at the discretion of the Vice President - Sales.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
