Duties: Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the lodge departments to meet Company standards and maximize profits Ensuring that all firearm and ammunition transactions are processed according to the Federal Government requirements and Company standards Supporting Company standards of selling and customer service Assisting the store management team with general supervision in the store in accordance with Company policies and procedures including opening and closing the store and Front End coverage as assigned Complying with cash office procedures and preparing deposits and balancing cashiers Compliance to loss prevention standards and audit requirements In depth knowledge of equipment and information related to hunting, fishing or camping Skills: Ability to meet the Federal requirements for handling and processing firearm transactions by successfully completing a background check Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner and listen attentively to others
Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales or outdoor sporting related experience preferred. BEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
