As our Front Desk Administrator, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, registering for dance events our students for dance events, and implementing new and improved workflows for administrative tasks such as payment processing and class absence tracking.
You'll also play a key role in shaping the administrative processes of the studio, and will have the opportunity to interact with enthusiastic dance students and instructors every day.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in customer service, sales, or general administrative tasks, as well as the ability to learn quickly and be innovative.
During a paid training/evaluation period of 2-4 weeks, you'll be trained on all admin responsibilities, get to know our team, and practice completing the tasks needed for the role We're a fast-growing company and have gone through many major transformations as a company the past 2 years in order to deliver the best experience to all who are involved with our studio, and we're looking for someone who is excited to be part of it.
We're looking for someone who can work from 3pm-9pm during the week and Saturdays from 9am-3pm.
In addition to these hours, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, and to help shape the administrative processes of the studio.
We also include 1 free meal per shift, during which is a paid break.
