$60,000.00Looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring customer satisfactionSeeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Process customer purchase orders and confirm delivery dates.Attend weekly meetings with customers as needed.Liaise with the Sales team to address customer inquiries on inventory, shipment status, SPEC, and logistics promptly.Collaborate with Sales to review product demand and provide material risk buy recommendations to management.Place new orders to replenish inventory as required.Coordinate with HQ fulfillment team to review current orders and delivery status weekly.Collaborate with various departments to meet shipping targets.Monitor incoming hub shipments in coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers.Prepare monthly shipping/sales reports for management.
Qualifications:
