Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
Assist customers in choosing ice cream flavors and toppings.
Provide recommendations and samples if requested.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues as needed.
Scoop ice cream into cones, cups, or other containers with accuracy and consistency.
Handle ice cream with care to maintain its quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
Monitor ice cream inventory and inform management when supplies are low.
Restock toppings, cones, and other supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Applicant must be 18 or older.
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
