Parking and charging are available 24/7, we have over 6,000 parking stalls across all our Tesla Bay Area sites.
The Parking and Valet Operation Specialist is responsible for monitoring our Parking, Valet Parking and Electric Vehicle charging operations.
The Operation Specialist works closely with the Transportation Manager and is a crucial part of the Workplace Transportation Team.

What You'll Do Monitor the daily activities of our Parking Vendor and adherence to standard operating procedures Oversee vendor performance using our preferred Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Ability to make decisions based on the scope and communicate them effectively to multiple vendors Respond to employee inquiries regarding Parking, Valet Parking and Electric Vehicle charging Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure safe, timely performance of the Parking and Valet program Help deliver parking notifications and alerts to employees using multiple communication channels Work closely with other teams from Tesla pertaining to requests, projects and needs Effectively communicate changes and needs to all stakeholders.
Other assignments as required What You'll Bring 3
years of experience in Parking, Valet or Transportation operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies and implement solutions to drive results Previous experience overseeing Parking and Valet operations Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of project Perform effectively in a team dynamic, as well as individually Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills CDL preferred but not required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
