TheBusiness Development Manager - Services will be based in Fremont, CA, Nashville, TN or Remote (Houston, TX preferred).
In this position, you will report to the Director of Business Development - Services.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do Hunter mentality to identify opportunities and key stakeholders Build relationships with key customer stakeholders across functional roles and the organizational hierarchy spectrum Facilitate and lead commercial engagements with customers in close collaboration with technical and commercial colleagues to develop winning offerings Manage cross-functional teams to develop offers, respond to RFP's and lead negotiations while monitoring operational and commercial risk Lead project handovers to ensure effective delivery and an excellent customer experience Develop sales plans and manage opportunity pipeline Actively contribute to the development of the Service Sales Department and service sales offerings Here is some of what you'll need Bachelor's degree in a technical field like engineering or economics (MBA desired) 5
years of B2B sales experience in a sales or business development role within a global company Proven ability to manage complex sales Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills High proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems Ability to travel 25-50% of the time Experience in renewable energy and a passion for solar are always a plus Commercial or technical experience with O&M and Asset Management Services desired Business Portuguese or Spanish language proficiency desired What you'll receive for the great work you provide:
