Familiarization with Acura/Honda diagnostics system (HDS) Able to distribute work to technicians when needed.
Manage shop available hours and technician schedule.
Enforce company protocols & procedures and hold accountability.
Support technicians with diagnostics if needed.
Shop lead is expected to wrench when need too.
Able to work with others daily Able to lead/manage technicians daily.
Able to communicate with clients if needed.
Will report directly to parts & service director.
