Remote Under minimal supervision, the Network Engineer Senior leads the set-up, configuration, modification and support of the network infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES o Ensure maintenance and implementation of network disaster recovery architecture and operations.
o Develop and maintain multiple complex systems, applications, security and network configurations.
o Perform complex network administration, including, but not limited to, software updates, patches and configuration.
o Install, configure, support and maintain multiple complex network service devices, telecommunications and LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDWan hardware and software.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex network service devices; network security devices; and telecommunications services; recommends solutions to mitigate future issues o Lead complex projects within networking group.
o Research, make recommendations and lead solutions that are in line with procedures for increased infrastructure performance.
o Mentor and train Network Administrator, I and II's.
o Develop and recommend tools and procedures for increased Infrastructure performance; lead implementation of solutions.
o ssist employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to procedures and services.
o Stay current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.
o Complete work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
o Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS o This position requires five years of network infrastructure experience.
Retail (IT) experience preferred o dvanced knowledge of one or more of the following systems:
network operating systems, WLAN, Cloud environment, network topologies, network hardware, computer operating systems, routing, switching, data privacy, security and telecommunication systems is necessary o dvanced knowledge of network services availability, performance, and security required o dvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including skills with Word, Excel and Visio are necessary o Proven analytical skills are required and the ability to lead teams/projects.
Proven ability to motivate self and others is necessary o dvanced understanding of multiple networking tools such as Nmap, Sam Spade, NetScanTools Pro, SuperScan, NetCat, Ethereal, EtterCap, Snort, WinDump / TCPDump, DSniff, Fport, PsTools, Tlist, Tasklist, and Process Killer, Solarwinds Engineering Toolset is needed.
o Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills is necessary.
o The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential.
o In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
o Treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.
o Proven ability to work independently and in a team, multi-task, and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously is required.
o Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential.

o Provide advanced level troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
EDUCATIONAL / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS o This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information Technology, IT Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is required o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is required Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Architecture Cisco Certified Network Associate Cisco Certified Network Professional Cloud Computing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
