Educational Requirement High School graduate or equivalent.
License/Certification Requirement AHA BLS certification, required.
Work Experience Requirement 1 year of previous unit clerk experience in an acute care hospital, preferred.
Previous clerical, receptionist, physician's office experience or appropriate medical training, preferred.
Special Skills or Abilities Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology, required.
Emotional stamina to work in a stressful environment, and verbal communication skills, required.
