As a Maintenance Technician, you will helping improve residents' lives through your maintenance and preventative maintenance efforts.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous maintenance experience, and can offer outstanding service to our residents and their families.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for leading the maintenance and preventive maintenance efforts for their community, including the physical aspects of the building(s), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances and amenities.
This position includes that all maintenance functions such a daily ground walk thru, service requests, unit turns, annual inspections, common areas cleaning, management of contractors and maintenance staff is required.
This role includes response to after-hours emergency situations at the property.
The items listed are essential duties and responsibilities to the role and other duties maybe be added as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Qualified candidates will have 5 plus years experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
