Interested in pursuing a long-term teaching career? Hoping to earn your CA teaching credential? This two-year pathway will support you as you gain teaching experience and obtain a low-cost teacher credential.
You will begin subbing full-time during your first year before transitioning into a teacher of record position during your second.
Scholar Pathway:
Interested in a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible career as a substitute teacher? The Scholar pathway will offer you a fulfilling career as a sub in the classroom with ongoing professional development to continuously support your growth and increase your effectiveness in the classroom in addition to unlimited access to TeachStart's Professional Learning Community.
