Fremont, CA Fremont, CA Full-time Full-time $70,000 - $95,000 a year $70,000 - $95,000 a year As Ecommerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving traffic to the company's direct-to-consumer (DTC) website, Amazon, and other retailer websites while launching new products or promoting specific products.
You will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, optimize website performance and increase online sales.
Monitor the return on investment (ROI) for each product and make data-driven decisions to inform production and inventory management.
Essential responsibilities Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the DTC website, Amazon, and other retailer websites Manage product launches and promotions, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across various channels Monitor and evaluate the ROI of each product during launches or promotions to inform decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and supply chain, to make data-driven decisions regarding inventory and production Optimize website performance, including SEO, user experience (UX), and Conversion rate Identify and implement optimization strategies to improve the performance of marketing campaigns and product listings Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and personalized marketing efforts Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to ensure the company remains competitive Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, payment processing standards, and ecommerce best practices.
Continuously measure and evaluate the success of ecommerce marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field Strong experience in ecommerce marketing, including developing and implementing ecommerce marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and optimizing website performance.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and website analytics.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, and understanding of ecommerce best practices.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Knowledge of SEO, UX, and CRO principles to optimize website performance and online sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and their implications for ecommerce marketing activities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic ecommerce environment.
