- You are an effective communicator:
- you supply a high touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers through a customer service lens.
You are people-oriented with a high sense of emotional intelligence and social perceptiveness.
- You possess a high attention to detail:
- you are quick to qualify candidates based on required licensures (ASW, AMFT, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, RN) and work to fill the needs of the hiring manager.
You have experience recruiting and hiring behavioral healthcare and clinical service professionals, conducting background and credential checks to ensure legal and contractual requirements.
- You like to see the whole picture:
- you have 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the healthcare and clinical services field.
From sourcing to onboarding and everything in between, you are part of the candidate experience every step of the way.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments :
- you can manage high volumes of candidates and communications with quick and efficient turnaround.
You are proactive and timely and can prioritize important tasks effectively.
- You like technology and can pick it up quickly :
- you have advanced knowledge and expertise with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, cloud-based recruitment platforms, Zoom and MS Suite.
You are up to date with current recruitment trends, social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor, and can recommend new sources of active and passive candidate pools.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
