Responsibilities:
Assist and collaborate with the production manager in overseeing various teams within production Direct personnel on work assignments based on production needs as determined by management Serve as a direct report for specific personnel Accountable for specific department training and compliance Enforce all company policies and procedures Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Assist production manager in recruitment of staff members Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Resolve personnel problems by investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Able to lift 20-30 lbs.
Ability to work flexible schedules based on company needs Additional responsibilities as needed Requirements:
Production supervisory experience required.
College degree preferred.
Excellent communication, supervision, coaching, managing processes, process improvement, Production planning, strategic planning, dealing with complexity, human resources hiring.
Be able to work under pressure and challenge.
Related working experience with computer industry.
Compensation:
