Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicals Prepare rooms for new residents Communicate effectively with residents, other staff, and Maintenance Director on updates or issues that need to be addressed Who You Are:
Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community Must have computer skills Minimal management experience (in terms of scheduling, managing budget, and coordinating with vendors) Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members Ability to maintain resident confidentiality Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulations Must be willing to take TB test Who We Are:
