Overview:
1) We are seeking a passionate Ice Cream Maker to join our team.
As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and unique ice cream flavors.
If you have a love for food preparation, pastry, and creating culinary delights, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
We will train, following recipe directions is crucial.
Duties:
- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream flavors using high-quality ingredients - Operate ice cream making equipment and machinery - Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and texture - Monitor and adjust freezing times and temperatures as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the ice cream production area - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary - Collaborate with the team to develop new flavors and seasonal offerings - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations 2) In addition to making ice cream, training will be provided to work the front of the store assisting customers and filling orders.

-excellent customer service -positive attitude and friendly -ability to work under pressure and with other staffers -being proactive and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience in food preparation, pastry, or catering is preferred - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Basic knife skills for ingredient preparation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of ice cream - Creative flair for cake decorating or other dessert presentation is a plus If you have a passion for creating delicious ice cream flavors and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
