This role is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure office effectiveness and efficiency.
What you will do:
o Use discretion and judgment in providing communication coordination to the executive and VPs.
o Meeting administrative support needs including preparation of documents, reimbursement of expenses, reconciliations, copying, meeting materials, office organization.
o Ensuring and protecting confidentiality of information provided to and from the executive and VPs.
Maintains the utmost confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
o Create and edit visual presentations as requested.
o Acting as Event Manager for off-site meetings; including site selection, proposal and contract negotiations, travel arrangements, presentation preparation, catering, and other related logistics.
o Maintain high level contact database (Access)o Organizing travel arrangements both domestically and internationally, passport renewal assistance, obtaining appropriate country visas for travelerso Preparing Competitive benchmarking and analysis Who you are and what you bring:
o 5
years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting VP level.
o AA/BA degree in business preferred.
o Prior experience in supporting the sales group will be preferred.
o Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
o Proven ability to prioritize conflicting demands.
o Successful track record interacting and communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
o Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and to work overtime.
o Strong knowledge/proficiency of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

This salary range may be modified in the future.
The successful candidate starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions.
This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
