Lead Dental Office Treatment and Financial Coordinator (Full Time Position)Are you an experienced Dental Office Treatment and Financial Coordinator who wants to take the lead of a newly located practice with great potential for growth? Position:
Lead Dental Office Treatment and Financial Coordinator.
Job Type:
Preference is Full Time.
32-38 hours a week.
(We're closed on Wednesdays and Sundays and rotate between a 4 day to 5 day work week.
2 Saturdays a month which are 6 hour work days.
)We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
Leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Has experience with cutting edge technology and computer skills.
Focused on a vision and committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients.
Building patient rapport.
Requirements:
Two years
experience.
Knowledge of Dentrix dental software.
Enjoys dentistry and believes dentistry offers patient's a means to better health.
Bilingual is a plus.
We are open two Saturdays a month, so one Saturday availability is a must since it can be a rotational role.
Includes immediate Holiday Pay.
You start accruing up to 24 sick hours and can be used 90 days after 1st dayVacation days after one year probation period.
Employer contribution 401K once qualified Profit sharing based bonuses after 3-4 months and year end bonus upon manger's discretion.
