Summary
Performs routine tasks in order to operate and maintain wave solder and aqueous cleaning equipment. The ability to read production schedules and operation manuals and receive verbal instruction regarding the sequential start-up, operation, and shut-down of the wave solder machine. Monitors and adjusts the controls throughout the process and cleans and replenishes fluids in the machine. Prior Wave Solder Machine Operator experience preferred.
NATURE OF WORK:
-Must be able to operate wave solder machine.
-Must apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
-Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.
-Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments.
-Must display the ability to read, understand and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
-Must have a minimum of 2 yrs. experience in a high volume PCBA manufacturing environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be available for OT and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr./wk.
-Must be able to read and understand English.
-Must have the ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
-Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
-Must be able to hand solder under microscope and use soldering iron.
-Must be able to hand solder critical parts like 0201 components.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
